Since at least one of Kelly's hands is attached to Hope and she is not able to type, Cris will do the next few posts for her. (Even though it says posted by Kelly at the bottom. I can't figure out how to change the setting.)
This is our first family picture that includes Hope! We are at the "famous" Wild Goose Pagoda in Xi'an. Xi'an is considered a "small" city in China because it only has 9 million people - roughly the size of Chicago.

She is BEAUTIFUL! I can't stop looking at these pictures. How precious is the picture of Hope holding Mommy's hand while she sleeps. What a beautiful family! We love you all so much! Thank you for posting these pictures. Be safe!

ReplyDeleteThese photos are priceless and it seems like you are all acclimating so well. Hope especially looks so happy and Hannah and Thomas are obviously enjoying the entire journey. So glad you all were able to participate. Keep us informed and I love the stories, especially about how the locals are reacting to your family. Priceless!! Love you all.......Dad
ReplyDeleteWell.... to say the least, your pictures are melting my heart. Adoption is something dear to my heart, and I am so excited to get to watch it unfold via this blog. Your photos are so amazing that I just want more and more.... so please keep posting! I can't wait to meet Hope, I look forward to watching her blossom in your loving family. You ALL have been wanting this for such a long time and now the time has come, so enjoy every exhausting second of it... By the way, don't think I haven't noticed the hand sanitizer in at least 3 of the pictures so far! You guys crack me up! Hannah: Your glasses are AMAZING! You look so.... teenagery. Is that a word? Well it is now! We love you...all 6!
ReplyDeleteAmy Accurso!
We love the "first" family photo. She is so precious. My eyes teared up multiple times reading of your heartfelt journey thus far. And the stories of all the attention the kids and Unlce Richard are getting is priceless - I am sure they are not used to seeing blond hair, doll-like children and such height! Looking forward to reading more....WELCOME TO THE NELSONS HOPE!
